Each candle is hand-poured with care and intention. Due to the nature of our small-batch production and our commitment to quality, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged or you’re not fully satisfied with your candle, we’re happy to offer a replacement. To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable. Shipping costs for replacement items are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to process any replacements beyond the 7-day window or without the required documentation. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.

Each candle is made to order and hand-poured with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. During high-volume times, such as holidays or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Currently, we ship within the United States only. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs on all replacement items.
