At Opal & Oak CO., each candle is hand-poured to order with care. We strive to get your items to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. During high-volume periods (like holidays or new releases), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All orders are shipped via standard USPS or UPS ground delivery unless otherwise noted.

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

• We currently ship within the United States only.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Incorrect or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery at info@homeandeventdesigns.com, including your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll be happy to send a replacement (please note: customer is responsible for shipping on replacement items).
