Refund Policy - the basics

At Opal & Oak Co., each candle is hand-poured with care and intention. Because of the nature of our small-batch production and our commitment to quality, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products

If your order arrives damaged or you’re not fully satisfied with your candle, we’re happy to offer a replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs for replacements are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are unable to process replacements beyond the 14-day window or without supporting documentation.
